International Trade Fair of Environmental Protection
23 - 26th of November 2010
Between 23rd and 26th of November 2010 in Poznań took place International Trade Fair of Environmental Protection. The event gathered exhibitors from Poland and many other European countries, enabling exchanging experience and knowledge in the scope of the newest technological and technical solutions.
Beside the major sector’s leaders, among the exhibitors, embassies of countries like Switzerland and Norway, that support environmental friendly ideas, were also present. The Fair’s scenario included topical expositions, shows of machines and devices in motion and specialized conferences dedicated to the most interesting topics for the sector.
Nosowski, Konratowski and Partners, Legal Advisers Office was also present during the Fair as an expert in professional support to entities active on renewable energy market. Sebastian Owczarzak, legal adviser in our office was invited to take part in “The Clean Energy Conference”.
Sebastian Owczarzak’s presentation concerned mainly wind energy. In two lectures held on the second day of the Fair, legal adviser Owczarzak presented issues related to taxation of wind farms with property tax and discussed the problem of existing legal regulation from the point of view of their role in development of wind energy in Poland.
Both Sebastian Owczarzak’s lectures had been published in “Clean Energy”, the leading specialized magazine for the market. First is available in the November’s edition and the second will be published in the December’s.
